Legal experience

Aleksandra qualified as a Solicitor (England and Wales) in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a specialism in Immigration and Nationality Law.

In the UK, Aleksandra has dealt with a substantial quantity of immigration matters concerning Nationality Law, EEA citizens and their family members, Asylum (including detained clients), Entry Clearance applications, Naturalisation applications, Domestic Violence applications and Human Rights issues (in particular Article 2, 3 and 8 ECHR applications).

Aleksandra has extensive experience of representing clients at their appeal hearings at the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal. She is accredited by the Law Society as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker in Immigration and Asylum as regulated by the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner).

Aleksandra has worked for the following British law firms: Beachcroft LLP, The Howard League for Penal Reform, Halliwells LLP and Duncan Lewis Solicitors. It was at the latter that Aleksandra completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor. Aleksandra continues to represent UK based clients.

Aleksandra joined Oliver and Partners in 2018 and is predominantly assisting clients with Italian residence and Italian citizenship applications. Aleksandra can advise and represent clients who wish to make Entry Clearance applications to the UK and deals with applications for British citizenship.

Aleksandra also provides affidavits of English law, certified copies of documents and official legal translations. She has built an international network of lawyers, counsel, medical professionals, contacts at Embassies and Consulates and other professionals that she is now utilising with her Italian client base.
